• Minimum duration of stay is 2 nights.
• Check-in time is 3 pm and check-out time is 12 noon.
• Confirmation of reservation is subject to availability at the time of making 100% advance payment.
• Swimming pool can be accessed in appropriate swimming costume from 7 am to 6 pm.
• Original government validated identity proof with photo for all the guests travelling to the resort is required at the time of check-in.
• Charge for an extra adult is INR 46,000/- including GST per night.

• Weekly 3 Times Service on MON-WED-FRI.
• HAL Departure @ 12 Noon & Coorg Arrival @ 1 P.M.
• Coorg Departure @ 1.30 P.M & HAL Arrival @ 2.30 P.M.
• Maximum Flying Time 1 Hr & 10 Min.
• Maximum 5 Seats.
• 2 Yrs & below can sit along with the parents and its free.
• Above 2 Yrs with extra seat and full rate.
• Exclusive Charter with 5-seater @ INR 2,30,000+18%.
• Amenities in Chopper: Warm/Cold Towels, Mineral Water, Headphone & Sick Bags.
• Hand Baggage: 7 KG Soft Bags Per Person.
• Excess Baggage: INR 6,000+18% GST per car per way with 5 Bags at 23 KG Per Baggage
• Excess baggage's will be picked up early in the morning to reach the destination before chopper landing.

Cancellation policy:

Confirmed bookings may be cancelled if intimation in writing reaches the resort as per the following terms:

• 14 days prior to check-in - No cancellation charges.
• No show, early check out or cancellation within 14 days of check-in - Cancellation charges equal to 100% of the full booking amount will be applicable.
